Friendly service, the manager left the keys somewhere where we could find it, even though we would arrive after the reception working hours and couldnt contact hem beforehand (no signal in the island).Rooms are old, but everything is fine for its price and location. Breakfast is ok for small motels, very simple but gives you the energy required for the morning without having to waste time looking for food.
Did not enjoy stay. Price expensive for this hotel. Room very very dirty, outdated, and cockroaches were on floor near bed, disgusting. I should have seen the other sites reviews beforehand. Will never return again.
This is the worst and rudest service I have received for accommodation enquiry. I called up to check the price as online website was like $80 p/n for twin and when I called up, he quoted me $120 but I said online is $80 and I would be happy to match their price and pay in person but the next thing he said was that I am a scammer and tried to scam him and making it up. This is ridiculous accusing of someone where this is not the truth or fact. Also I called 8am and he wasn't happy as he said its open yet. You realise that you are in a hotel business and be prepared for a call. It's not like I called at 5am. As I almost booked through online for this motel, I am glad I didn't, because I found much cheaper in Airbnb in Kingscote or for those who don't use it, go for Penneshaw in backpacker hostel for $50 and you get a MUCH better value and service and it is much cleaner than this motel from what you see in the website. Stay away, I would NOT recommend. I would give a zero star if there was a choice.
It's a little old, but if you turn on the AC, and forgive it for it's quirks, it's a very cozy room. The breakfast was actually not bad as far as small motels go. Service is super friendly and great!
Location is good. Got mobile receiption (voda). There was smell in the room, apply some air fresher will be better. Kids loved the heater pool very much. Happy with the motel over all
