Terrible and I'm not being mean when I say it I'm being truthful. The staff were unfriendly and seemed like they received a lot of complaints which is not surprised about, staff also didn't know if there was a disabled toilet. Where to start:Food took ages to come out we had two kid menus after about forty minutes then another ten minutes another came out and that's the kid's meal. I don't think I saw an adult meal until twenty minutes afterwards, from the first adult meal to the last was probably thirty minutes.When we arrived there were only two other groups in there so we ordered ours before more people came in. We ended up seeing people enter, sit down, order, eat and leave. There were also many meals sent back.When we received our meals we had one meal incorrect and another with the complete wrong cut of meat. The vegetables where frozen, and indicated by the oil from the beef the pan was cold.Lastly, this is just a little thing. On the menu, it states "children 12 & under receive a free colouring book" the kids did not receive their books until we asked and this was apparently due to complaints.
Food was just ok but menu was lacking. Too many items not available and its very overpriced. Too many mistakes with orders also. Lacks atmosphere Could be fantastic but needs to improve considerably to remain attractive to tourists.
